The last drawing I made before my AC Adapter broke. I made it as a birthday gift to one of my brother's friends.Good ol' Looney Toons... Shame that they don't make cartoons like that anymore.

It's hard to sum it up; but I've been posting artwork for 9 years in total and I still can't even muster up a consistent audience for my work. I can't tell if I'm just a terrible artist or what. I can't even get my own friends to support me since I post stuff nobody cares about.
I'm trying to tough through it, but it gets to me.

Ah... Well, it's pretty tricky getting a consistent audience on the internet. Some people get a decent following and sometimes people with amazing talent go sadly unnoticed... But I think you're a great artist! It might take awhile, but I'm sure you'll attract a good audience soon. You just gotta be determined. You have my support.

It's just... 9 years man. I thought I would have had something by now. It hurts when I post something and the most it gets is like 8 favorites and 0 comments. Twitter hasn't helped much at all either.
I thought I would have been used to it by now, but it just wears me down.

Hey, cheer up. Those 9 years will pay off soon. Just relax and continue to do what you like at your own pace. Sometimes the best way is to just be yourself and the follows will grow naturally. Just give it a little more time.

I don't mean to sound like a broken record, but thanks again for the encouragement.
I haven't given up yet, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't losing hope. I just don't know what else to do at this point. I've even tried reaching out to other people and artists and it just ends the same, with me back at square one.
I honestly don't know how much more of this I can take.
