However, shouldn't it be released without difficulty knowing that she is impossible to master given her Kryptonian powers ?

In the cartoon the bands held her for awhile. I'm not sure how she escaped. Maybe the bands where like Kryptonite.

If they are, then they should be green or blue because they are Kryptonites that weaken Kryptonian powers by making them as vulnerable as humans.

I see, I have a tendency to quibble about important details when it comes to victims like Supergirl where I evaluate the situation while taking into account their abilities/powers.
Other than that, your drawing is very chic to contemplate and I encourage you to develop other models including panty shot.
