Hasn't been that great lately because of new my new job and I'm still kind of getting used to the cintiq 22HD. Switched from a bamboo.

Looks pretty good to me. The torso in particular, minus a bit of messy shading, looks fairly realistic.
Keep up the good work and practice as often as you can. You'll develop better muscle memory and find little shortcuts here and there as you go that will reduce the amount of time spent per piece.

It's kind of weird sometimes time flies, but other times it feels like it's going by slowly when I draw. I've found that when I spend about 6 hours on a piece time tends to go by really slowly, and I really like it when that happens.

Time just seems to go too fast for me. But that's only when I'm doing something that is making me use my brain at high capacity. If I'm doing something boring my brain slows down time.
