When I first saw this and before I read the comment, I was asking myself, 'Why didn't the dA admins take this off b/c this dude put Kishimoto's work up as his own?" When I read it and looked closer and realized... that it was done by you, not Kishimoto-sama. Anyways, it was THAT good that I mistook it for his. Excellant job. It's uncanny how close your title page looks to his. You've managed to copy his style perfectly. Again, wonderful job.

When I read the first line of your comment, I was like so scared fo no apparent reason. Ahehehe! Thanks for the comment! A lot of my friends say I've copied Kishi's style almost perfectly, they'd want to cut my hands. Ahehehe! But, I'm still in the verge of creating my own unique style. Nothing can beat originality, I say! Thanks very much!

Lol, sorry, didn't mean to scare you. XD And I totally know what you mean. I'm trying to develop my own style, too, and it never turns out as good. I just LOVE Kishi's artwork, I think it's better than other mangaka's I've seen. But, that's just my opinion, of course. Still, excellant job!

I think so too! Kishi's artwork is one of the best. I like the realism he adds to his work, I mean the emotions really show. But, if there's one guy I DO admire is Eichiro Oda. Although his work is so, like a child's art, I think it's the epitome of originality. HIs characters, although random designs at times, still make the cut. Hehehehe! Kishi Oda no Jutsu!

*Jaw drops* Your style is almost identical to Kishimoto-san's (The later chapters..)! Though I always think you should have a style of your own, this is just too cool to criticise. Must have taken alot of practice, huh?

Thanks! I really root for Kishi-san's style but given the thought of originality, it came to my mind last year to create my own style. It took me alot of time mimicking Kishi's style...almost a year to pull it off. Although not for the purpose of becoming a copy cat, but to have myself lay a foundation over the basics. Even Kishi-san in his very eraly years copied Toriyama's work. Hehehehe! But still, originality comes first!

It has to be Eichiro Oda of One Piece and Kubo Tite of Bleach. Naruto, One Piece and Bleach are my top three all-time fav mangas. They're my big three. I also like BECK, Ah! My Goddess, Deathnote and Initial D. Deathnote really is to me, also one of my influences. I just love how the characters are drawn, especially the eyes! Hehehe! And you?

Hmm, Lemme see... Well, as I said, I used to be a big fan of Takashi Rumiko, and duss my style is very influenced by her's. My number one favourite manga right now is Naruto, so naturally my drawing style has become somewhat influenced by that of Kishimoto-san also.
I like Bleach too! Mainly for the humor but the art is really good too. I dunno what it is about Kubo-san's style, but there's something that sticks out. I like it.
Among shoujo manga-ka's, I guess my favourite is Yukiru Sugisaki (DN.Angel). She has a beautiful style and i love her panel layout (I've no clue what it's called in english, so I just call it that).
Blade of the immortal (Mugen no Juunin), Rurouni Kenshin and Power! are also big favourites of mine.
Do you buy any magazines? You know, the one's where you get one chapter of the manga a week. There's only two manga magazines in my country, Manga Mania and Shounen Jump. I try buying at least Manga Mania, just to keep up coz they have alot of good articles about what's going on in Sweden when it comes to manga. Keeps me updated.

Well, about teh mags, last year, I was ADDICTED to Newtype-USA. I collected one-year worth of issues! Damn, that mag was teh greatest! I also bought Animerica and a local mag called Culture Crash Comics. HEhehehe! But now, since I've entered college and money seems to flow like an open faucet, I've gone over the those kind of mags. Now I buy informative mags not related to Anime and Manga. I keep myself updated through the internet instead. But, if I had a mountain-o-cash, I'd buy Animanga Mags everytime I get the chance! Hehehehe!
