Description
From time to time, Fleet Admiral Belar must return to Starfleet Headquarters on Earth to attend conferences there. On the way to one of these conferences, he usually checks the data again. Today's conference in particular is very important to him, as it is about nothing less than increasing the ship contingent for all of the seven task forces from 150 ships to 250 in order to be able to counter the growing threat to the League of Independent Systems.
