Just like Jordan, Holly is a resident of the City District. Being the smartest member of Team Valor, she works as the tech engineer and specializes in constructing contraptions that will aid Team Valor in the war, such as grappling hooks, scouters, and a pair of jet shoes she made for herself. After visiting Planet Wisp for research, she studied the Wisps' Hyper Go-on energy to incorporate them into weapons that she called Wispons. A factory owner discovered her project and helped mass-produce more Wispons to aid everyone.
Holly is a kind and confident girl, and despite her intelligence, she isn't so modest about it.

BACKSTORY: Before the war, Holly was a shy and innocent girl, but also the smartest in her school. She excelled in most of her classes, but instead of her classmates giving her praise, they gave her a hard time. Every day, her classmates called her harsh names, harassed her, belittled her, and have even tried to get her expelled, with no success. Whether the reason is jealousy or to make them feel better about themselves is unknown. She felt like no matter how smart she is, she'll never get the respect she deserves. She was proven wrong, however, as her parents support her every waking moment in her life, and they're not afraid to let her know that.
During Dr. Eggman's rule, everything she knew and loved was destroyed. All she could do was hide. At one point, she found Infinite during his attack in the City District, and she wanted to help out and stop Infinite. Unfortunately, when they met face-to-face, her fear overcame her, and she had no choice but to run away.
