Hey, nice build! I wouldn't have noticed the conversion if you hadn't mentioned it.

Thanks! Yeah, in Warhammer Fantasy, there was an edition where Bretonnian knights and footmen were included in one of the core boxed sets as plastic sprues. Since not everyone wanted to play an army of chivalric knights as their primary force, for a while spare horses-in-caprisons and knights-with-lances-and-fancy-helmets were in ready supply as spare "bitz" being offloaded by players -- and I got a bag of 'em a while back as part of an exchange deal. Of the forces available in Warhammer Fantasy, while the "Empire" is often presented as the "star" of the setting (much like the Imperium of Man and the Space Marines are front-and-center in Warhammer 40K), it has a very different aesthetic than the Bretonnians. Anyway, while the core knight mini from Reaper I used for the rider isn't from Warhammer Fantasy, a lot of the "bitz" that combine to give it its particular look happen to be from spare Bretonnian sprues (e.g., the lance, stag-head shield, horse with caparison). I suppose the presence of a pavilion in the last frame further reinforces that "day at the jousting tournament" look.
