It looks like Scout's Mom was the target of her sons enemies (either BLU or the Robots both are fine) and was injured beyond devastation.
But it looks like her Sons team is there to help his Mother in her time of need. She will not be the same after this rebuilding process. But she will live on to fight alongside her son, as any mother will do when their child is in need of aid.
