This lizard is amazing, he just looks a little bit lonely because of too much space in it's background. Maybe if the photo was cropped a little bit, could be better personally i think. from my point of view perhaps you need to save the plants & the flowers in front of the Lizard & he you let him on the right side. the gaussian blur of the stones is excellent to underline the principal subject , but as i saw it there is too much stones & back space. The lizard & the plants with flower beside me became the most important if you crop the photo & you need a little bit to add some bit more vibrance & light. take a look to edit this photo capture, because i like it very much i understood that maybe you are trying to show a story-telling with the creature in the forest, in fact to see him truly enjoying you have to add some more warm nuances & colors, that will help a lot for better impact, vision & perception. I saw the Lizard they are very difficult to capture by hands but with camera & patience & control in distance you may play a lot with perspective, light, angle & composition. My felicitations Tailless lizard is really lovely thing in the nature! e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>

Hey there! Thank you for submitting to   for feedback!
That's a cute little creature you've got! I have never seen one like this before, and its tail is strangely short. Very interesting to look at!

Since you submitted this photo for feedback, I have only a suggestion for you:
The lizard is looking at something to the left, so you could try to enhance the space from the left to support its vision, and crop tighter to the right. That is called the "rule of space", and you can find more details about that here: Photography101: Chapter 02: Composition - Location
The next thing I want to share is about the focus. I can't see clearly its head, but its body. I suppose the focus may be put in a nearer distance. So to fix this, you could try to sharpen its head to keep the details, or if you have a chance, take another shot with the focus adjusted a little.

That's all for my suggestion. You have maintained the contrast nicely, as well as the lighting which helps the lizard stand out! Well done!

I hope this helps, and if you have questions, please ask!
