I was trying for a nice angle that was close, but still included the background, as the fencing along the veranda I thought looked good with the flower in front of it. & it was the last of this flower left in the front garden...the other one was squashed.Related content

This is my favourite photo of all those you've taken since I've been watching you. I love the colour of the flower, and the focus is fantastic. I like that the flower is at a bit of an angle, and the background is charming.
