I'd fear for JoJo if she were to meet any of them. Luckily, Chuckie would just run--if he didn't just challenge her to a boxing match first--Velma would try to hide behind her friends (unless this 2010 SDMI Velma, in which case, I'd be scared for JoJo's sake, as she'd do what she did to the graveyard once she thought Shaggy dumped her), and Bones would use one of his agent gizmos to either avoid her or capture her in order to get over his fear. It's Billy and Wakko JoJo would really have to worry about, because when scared, both are highly dangerous individuals (Billy with Grim's scythe and his bare hands & Wakko with classic WB weaponry).

Actually, Agent Booth is from a TV series called 'Bones'; a bit like CSI, but focused on a forensic anthropologist that studies murder victims' skeletons to solve the cases; her name is Dr Brennan, but her nickname is 'Bones' because of her job.
And Agent Booth, her partner, is a FBI agent and former army sniper; in one episode, he actually shoots a mechanical clown on top of an ice cream car.
