Chef-yes, after Duncan jump out of the plane in egypy they found him later on somewhere else in the world and when ask to come back to the show all he had to do was to cheat on Courtney, Duncan wanted to do with it, so instead chris had Duncan knocked out and cloned, this clone just happen to have all negative traits of Duncan but none of the goods one
