In the original film,"Little shop of Horrors" Audrey KILLED the hero and the heroine, and then conquered the world ,destroying and leveling all cities, singing as she did so ....
This footage was recently discovered and shown on YouTube. It was decided in the beginning to shoot a more upbeat ending.
