Some of them, yes.
Tanis and Phanty were born humans, and they became a mummy and a ghost when they died.
The others... I think they were born as monsters, but Winnie can take a human form sometimes.

You're welcome! Maybe you should do a human Grim from Billy and Mandy that actually looks Jamaican. He had a human form in the show once, but he was white (kinda a huge bummer since he has a Jamaican accent, his female relatives look Jamaican and his voice actor is black)
