And now, for the MHA Cartoon Girls series… Willow Park, from ‘The Owl House’, as Botanica, with her quirk being based on her canon magical powers.

Quirk - Plant Power. Willow can control pretty much any kind of plant; while it works better if she is directly touching the plants, she still can use her quirk from a distance as long as she has visual contact with the plant, or use it through the ground/soil the plants are; it also works through water if she user her quirk on algae or other aquatic plants. Her control allows Willow to make the plants grow to large sizes, mobilize them, and even make some modifications so they’re better for whatever task Willow needs them for. Willow mostly uses her power to create vine whips, barriers, platforms, and, for increased mobility, extra limbs; she can also make them grow thorns and shoot them for ranged attacks, and, if using her quirk on flowers, can create dense pollen clouds that work effectively as smoke or gas clouds. In order to use her quirk for long periods or/and keep her focus on several tasks at once without tiring down, Willow has also trained herself to the point that her apparent chubbiness is mostly pure muscle, and she can use her quirk on some plants to get extra nutrients from them, so she’s easily as strong and fast as a high level professional athlete. Due to working with plants, her quirk works better in sunny days and in high-humidity environments. Willow’s quirk makes her a very good companion for heroes and students with plant-based quirks, while also being an effective counter against most villains/opponents with similar abilities; she also can use her quirk for non-heroic yet still very practical uses, like making crops to grow much faster or making trees to produce as many fruits as she wants, as long as she also uses her quirk to keep the plants healthy enough for continuous use.

Equipment - Highly resistant, fireproof outfit that is also partially made of organic, plant-derived materials, so Willow can increase its resistance, make it lighter, or even use it as an emergency weapon. Impact-resistant glasses with hidden communicator and access to hero and police data-banks. Utility belt to carry basic hero equipment plus various seeds and small vines; the outfit also has several small hidden pockets where she carries extra seeds, vines and similar, so Willow always has at least some plants at hand to use her quirk on. Spiky gauntlets; the spikes, like most of the outfit, are partially made of plant-derived materials, so Willow can make them blunt for normal yet harder punches, or sharp them for increased damage.
