Sadie- Well, I'm an Earth Bender; I can control earth like Toph; I can produce small yet powerful seismic waves, move large volumes of earth, use rocks as weaponsβ¦Β
Katie- And I can do like Aang; I can create small yet powerful tornados, use the wind to increase my running speed or fly, stuff like that.

Sadie - Well, obviously, I need earth for my powers to work properly. Put me in a metal cage and without access to any earth, and I'm pretty much defenseless.
Katie- And since I work with air, my power gets diminished in small, secluded spaces with little atmosphere.

Katie- Well, we don't do 'power-wise', but mentality wise, yeah, we fight like twins. We have great combat coordination.Β
Sadie- We even have combined attacks, like the Rock Tornado, or the Sandstorm.

Katie- Mmm⦠again, the secondary ones. I can hold my breath for hours because my body uses the oxygen at 100%, and I'm very resistant to pressure and temperature changes. And Sadie's body is far more resistant than normal.

Sadie- Thanks. That also helps us fight hand-to-hand even if we're not properly trained. We can beat up average thugs without using our powers.
