Description Name: Sirotheus( Sire - oth - e - oos)

Bio:

Sirotheus is an extinct species of plant like organism that lived in Alaska in the Pleistocene Epoch. This creature was incredibly bizarre.

Sirotheus had about 4 Species, Githuo, Ingens, Tarfex, and Cohemoth. The largest of them all was Cohemoth which stood about 25ft tall. Because of its enormous size, this animal had no natural predators until 11,000 years later at the beginning of the Pleistocene. It came face to face with some of the most downright badass predators ever. This includes saber tooth tigers, fire wolves, giant short faced bears, and so much more. But the most deadly appeared to be humans. While Sirotheus could easily kill 100 humans, ancient humans were more aggressive and had evolved special weapons and skills to help them take down these monsterous beasts.

Sirotheus has no relatives today. So we can’t be for sure what this animal exactly is. Some theorize that this animal may somewhat be a descendant from the Paleozoics Aliothods. A extinct group of bizarre alien like creatures that had an early evolution and thrived in the Carboniferous to the Permian. But others Theorize that this could just be a entirely new form of life that is completely extinct with no relatives at all.

Sirotheus may look like a monster but it was actually a Herbivore and fed on the large trees and Forest it inhabited. While it was somewhat gentle, it would still be a formidable beast. Sirotheus had a very odd mouth full of teeth like blades. But instead of actually chewing the food down like a human, the mouth would filter down the vegetation first and then have its teeth do the rest of the work. After that the vegetation would then go down to the digestive system where they do the rest of the work.

Sirotheus had very high skin that was like bone but 30x more thicker and stronger. The animals Long arms and legs may have helped it mobilize despite being such a big animal. Because of this animals lesser thickening body for their size, scientist believe that this animal may have been a fast beast. Capable of running at speeds of 40miles per hour. But due to its dietary and size. It would not necessarily attack a human or other animal unless it would be attack first or if it was a terrestrial animal.

Homo Sapiens, Homo Vurthins, Homo Cyclonias, and other primates or Homonids however appeared to pose much more of a threat to Sirotheus. They were crafty, agile, and intelligent creatures that the Sirotheus had never seen before. And they were used to hunting down Giant Animals. However, these two animals were locked in an epic battle that would go on for millions of years more. However the last to hunt Sirotheus were Homo Sapiens as the other species had gone extinct.

Sirotheus could have went extinct not necessarily because of Humans hunting them( even though they were really good at it) but because they had lost their habitat and the vegetation they fed on. The Climate was also changing and a comet hit the earth and caused huge deadly fires to spread. So Sirotheus had a ton of combinations that helped it go extinct along with the other Megafauna.

Sirotheus had very robust arms and legs which allowed it to survive in the area it was living in. And the trees helped it be in better condition and Defence even though it was already strong and powerful enough.

Sirotheus to not have eyes. Instead, they have developed a unique ability to sense  and detect objects and movement from miles away. It could even pick up a dog. But this animal wouldn’t just attack and kill a smaller creature for no reason.

Info in process….

- Heh, What do you know. I guess some creatures from fiction can be brought into reality by Nature.
