when i was in iraq, i used to take those cold showers when it was 0 to -1 degrees out side.... i used to feel my body heating up....cold water increase heart rate and blood circulation, it was nice moments at that time

Karataka practitioners in kyoto forest stand under the famous a famous water fall in there in winter for meditation, the falling water is below zero degrees......in increase the stamina, transistor, harden the skin and plus open Ki gates in advance practices, its just that you push your body for to go against what it used to, it adapt to survive, believe me, u will feel the heat coming out of your body when u r in cold water, i tried it
