I'm still bankin' on the idea that Zeus already figured it out & just wanted to hear it from the bone-man, himself. My thoughts are, Zeus is okay with it, but he knows that Demeter won't be & he thinks that Hades & Persephone would be good for each other given enough time to get to know the other. As such, the 2 start conspiring together like a pair of old ladies.
