For some reason I want Hades to threaten the Minotaur's life with a weapon "you have one more chance Apologize or your painful death" strikes him hard " that's for hurting her" makes sure the Minotaur leaves then walk toward Persephone pulling her back into the castle trying to talk sense into her.
