it might be an odd thought, but would being a were-wolf make it easier to walk in heel after a time, as you would have more experience with only putting part of your foot(paw) on the ground

Other than the initial bursting from having larger feet and difficulty stuffing thick clawed toes into the narrow toes of normal heels. There is the digitigrade type werefeet that would constantly be walking on tiptoes and the heel would be stretched. Feel not actually in the shoes propper. Without that sole weight pressing back they would slip/flop off unless customized to the point of not being a typical high heel.
