Finished inked commissioned artwork forThis is my second piece of the same character. The first one can be seen here:
This time, City Of Heroes character NIKE IX is pitted against the scheming MALTA group.
The background was initially a missile silo but I changed it to a Kronos Titan hangar.
I think it's more interesting to see a mech than a missile in the background. In any case, I had the robot slightly modified so it can carry a tactical nuke payload. -which is barely noticeable so I may add something later in the coloring stage to suggest this.
