Day 1 of Sanctuary January

Last night I saw @dswfwildlifeart posted about Sanctuary January, an art challenge for artists to draw everyday for a whole January and raising awareness about endangered animals.
This amazing challenge was created by akb_illustrations
and the themes took my interest.

I know I was late and maybe can't draw for everyday, but I will give it a try and draw the animals listed in order. So here's a PANGOLIN as a DAY 1.

●Pangolins (or 'trenggiling'in bahasa) are the most trafficked mammals in the world, hunted for their meat and especially, their scales. They are also in dangers of losing their habitats because of heavy deforestation. Here in Indonesia, Sunda Pangolins (manis javanica) is one of the threathened species and listed as protected animals●
