Ahh, memories - I think just about everyone who does space art starts out like this, I did too the stars seems a bit too evenly distributed all over but the actual nebula effect behind them is well done. When both the sun and planets are visible in the same image often that means the planet is not too far from passing in front of it and so it would likely be more in shadow than in light the galaxy came out pretty cool though.
