This is quite a milestone that I didn't even realize I reached until like... 10 minutes ago lol
About 3 months ago, I posted a journal where people can request what characters they'd like to see me doodle :3
Doodle Requests + Q and A!Ayy! We're getting close to 2500 watchers!
That's a pretty good milestone, right?

So as a little gift from me to you, I'm gonna be opening up doodle requests for a little while
Basically how this works is that you'll be asking for an anime, cartoon, and/or video game character(s) for me to doodle
That's all! It's as straightforward as it gets!
Notice the "and/or" and the "(s)" in there. That means you can ask for as many characters as you desire!
These doodles are gonna be quite small and simple so might as well

I'm late to the party and apologize, but congratulations my friend! Also, OMGOSH YOU'VE READ DOROHEDORO! Heck yes I love that manga! The characters look great in your style! (Actually they kinda fit, their designs aren't that far off from some of the crazy designs you come up with for your characters XD). Did you hear there's going to be an anime? I'm very worried about how it'll turn out though - they used CG for Kaimen in the preview and it looks awful!

I was recommended to read a few months ago and it's by far my favorite manga I've read this year!

I have seen the trailers and ref sheets and stuff for the anime.
Honestly, as far as CGI in anime goes, the CGI here doesn't look too bad.
Obviously, Kaiman is a bit of an eyesore to look at, but other than him, everyone else seems relatively decent
I will say though, I really like the color schemes and music they went with :3
I'm just happy dorohedoro is getting an anime in general

I wanted an anime before I even finished the manga it was so good, but the thing I'm sad about isn't just the CGI, it's that if Dorohedoro were to get an anime it has to adapt the whole thing, because of the kind of plot it has, but the only sure way of that happening is if it gets popular enough to warrant future seasons. Dorohedoro isn't like The Promised Neverland, My Hero Academia or Kimetsu no Yaiba, which came from very well known magazines and were already popular before they got their anime adaptations; if it doesn't look good to the casual anime watcher people probably won't give it a chance and it'll become less likely that a future season will be approved. Plus, seinen manga don't exactly have as good a track record with anime adaptations as shounen manga.

I goofed in completely missing the Allmight Emulated Free the first time, but it is pure hilarity to behold, and the reaction of another best frog girl is gold too. The Locust in its Biomechanical armor suit is a great portrait art!! Thanks for doodling them both and congrats on 2500 watchers.

Alright, listen. I already told you my reasoning for not drawing Laurence.
The thing with Laurence is that I was not afraid to draw him. It's that the images of him are inconsistent and it was difficult to even make out what he looked like.
With Artorias and Ebrietas, I at least have a clear reference to base them off of. With Laurence, there was never solid reference pic to use when drawing him.
Anyways, here's Ebrietas. I had a much easier time drawing her than Laurence

Oh, this was more a jab at Bloodborne for having super inconsistent enemy and boss design, but hey, I got an Ebrietas out of it, yeah!
She turned out awesome!
When I can give you clear reference pics of Laurence, then you can draw him? Time to die a thousand times at him by trying to get the camera right xD
