Paula was always my favorite when it comes to battles, I always spammed her PSI attacks as a kid... and I still do XD
Never was the biggest fan of the "Pray" option though. I'm not too fond over luck-based things. I only use it when I'm in a pretty big situation. It's either something mazing will happen or I'll be screwed over. Most of the boss battles I fought were completed because of her PSI.
When I saw the official artwork (or clay model) of Paula, I didn't exactly like the hairstyle that much, so I changed it into something that's more like my style.
