Thank you all for voting. I let it run through the weekend and it looks like Hannah is the winner!! My vote was Wren so maybe I'll work it in as a nick name. Either way thank you everyone for voting! I'll be doing another concept of Hannah and include a spot for an animal sidekick. I'll use the same process where everyone can suggest an animal and the top 5 or 6 will be put into a poll. Stay tuned!

Personally? I'd name her out of these -
Laura, Emily, Katy, Marie, Lucia, Hanna, Alexia, Belinda, Connie, Dorothy, Tara.

I like this character and her design. I also like how you can feel the material of her clothes, the texturas are really good. Oh, and the background is pretty. I like scenes like that.
I would give her a short name, something that has a strong ringing to it.
I would name her Bree.

All 3 are nice, I think I like Emma best. Thank you!

she needs a different feet position before a name. With her feet twisted like this she looks like a shy little girl.

I disagree, as a basic T pose it communicates the design just fine. A 3/4 gestural pose will come next and communicate the character personality much better.

I was talking about her feet. Not the orientation or posing of the body.

I know, the feet positioning is still part of the overall pose of the body. You make a valid point that the feet communicate shyness but they don't need to be changed at this stage. It would just waste time since the focus is on the design.

That's kind of cool. I've gotten a couple of suggestions close to that.

Ah, sorry I misread. Katarina is also a great name!

Lindsay is nice, yea the sidekick is up for debate. Once the name is voted / decided upon I'll do another concept in more of a 3/4 gesture pose and leave a spot open in the frame to add a animal sidekick. I'd love to hear your suggestions for which animal.

I really like the idea of a "shoulder pet", so maybe a bird or a rodent?
