Well, I cant't say if there are stores which sell these in your city. Gothic, Punk or Alternate fashion shops might have them
On internet use the key words: "claw ring punk gothic" or "jointed ring punk gothic" and it show a lot of designs. You can order them online. There are in iron, bronze, silver and gold (...if you have the money for that..)
Be warned, the joints between the rings can break by heavy use, as I have noticed...
