The heart and brains behind the Immortal Empire, the Malious system used to living hellhole, filled with penal colonies, factories and hopelessness. Even during the age of the Scorn Empire, Malious was used as major production point and the capital. Turning out warships and combat frames to fuel the Scorn Emperor war efforts, but after the AI revolt and the betrayal of the Xeno allies the system was left in ruins, with his surviving 12 heirs they first needed to rebuilt, working together to reshape and rebuild their father hopes and dreams, proving not only to themselves but the galaxy as a whole that humanity will endure, humanity will survive, that humanity is Immortal.

Purgatory prime: formally the largest penal colony in the system, it was slowly converted into a lush garden world, the heart and of the empire becoming another precious jewel in the galaxy. This is where the ruling family lives during their term on the throne, governing the whole of the empire from this beautiful world, despite its looks Purgatory prime is still fitted with the most advance and devastating defensives system that the empire has to offer, planetary shielding, orbital weapon platforms, countless bunkers and forts, and much, much more. At the heart of all of this is the imperial castle or The Phoenix Throne by scholars as the castle was finished shortly after the dead of the Scorn Emperor, it was given the name to help symbolized the human spirit and stubbornness to not go quietly into that cold night.

Talos: a fortress world built on the edge of the inner ring, it’s name coming from a old creature of myth that some records spoke of, a metal protector who guarded a island. Like it’s mythical counterpart Talos is second to last line of defense incase someone or something ever attacks Malious system.

C-4Y0 and Hades: research worlds fully dedicated to advancing the empire’s knowledge and education, with C-4Y0 being a massive ring like structure around a jungle world that focus on real space sciences and understanding. Hades focus on the reef and the study and growth of psionic powers and technology.

Helheim and Tartarus: both worlds were lost in the great rebellion, powerful apocalyptic weapons were used on these worlds, turning them into lifeless rocks in space, while terraforming attempts are still being made, both these worlds stand as grim reminders of why the Immortal must crush any alien or free thinking machine as all they bring is death and suffering.

Scorn’s Belt: is Talos is the second to last, than Scorn’s belt is the first. A massive asteroid belt that had 80% of all useable materials and ores harvested already, but now is filled with countless weapon platforms, stations and other. While enemies fleets can go up and around them, this often take time and leave them without any cover. Traveling through the belt itself is a death trap with countless attack wings, weapons systems, void mines and more lying in wait to feast on anyone stupid enough to travel through it.

The silent shrines:
Cortez, Olivia, Aisha, and Teresa: these gas giants each sport small floating cities and refinery complexes, harvesting the natural gases and material for refining. But each was named after 4 lost children of the Scorn Empire, each undertook a early experimental version of the super soldier program later named the crucible, these 4 would become the first templars and would rip a bloody path across the machine and alien lines before dying at some point in the war. They proved that humanity can adapt to anything and overcome any challenges these forsaken stars has to throw at the empire.
