ok i have to say that the overlord is my favourite ninjago character ever. because hes everything a villain could be, hes evil, hes relentless, hes deceiving and slightly funny at one part like this one: lord garmadon: warming up?! you could've warned me it had to warm up! overlord: how could I? you were monologing.

Yeah, I think they did a good job in creating the Overlord. A good villain should either be entirely evil or entirely funny (like Dr. Evil), and the Overlord is a great entirely evil villain.
