Thank you. It's a combination of copics and colored pencils. I made a video of the process, but I haven't posted it yet.

Huh, never seen someone use both the markers and colored pencils, at least, i don't think so, interesting but it seems to work d:

You've got to layer the pencils on top of the markers. Usually it's because I'm still hunting for the perfect shade of marker, wildberry pink in this case.
So I layered red colored pencil with light pink marker.
Sometimes it works against you, so it's best to experiment on paper off to the side.
