Just practice, practice and then, believe it or not, practice some more, and you'll get there soon enough. Practice doesn't have to be boring, just draw what you love, draw it a lot, and try find what you can do, and research to make that thing/things you love look even better. Then repeat

Yes I know what you mean.
I see, from your gallery, you like to draw people and faces, so why not take a look at Andrew Loomis's book Drawing the Head and Hands, and possibly Figure Drawing for all it's Worth? (I'm sure you can find the pdfs somewhere around the interwebz Or just do the noble thing and buy them on amazon or whatever )

Thanks! I had to paint this all on different layers so that could get a bit of movement using a few tricks. You can check it out in the link of the description.
