Concept swaphorror take where they keep their original horrortale roles
I kinda just made this cuz I was interested in what alphys/swap undyne would do in the queen role if undyne/swap alphys was the one disabled instead

Temmie - comedic relief
just a silly little thing, they were ripped apart by toriel when she purged the ruins to live there

Toriel - the abandoned
The wolf in sheep's clothing, after being kicked from her throne, she moved to the ruins and held a funeral for asgore, whilst alphys locked her inside. She will act weak or even hurt to lure the fallen children into believing in her, where she will try and take their SOULs

Papyrus - the provider
Provides for the underground, he's less confrontational than horrortale sans, he keeps to himself unless it involves sans

Sans - the starved
The first victim of undyne's rule, having both of his eyes extracted for undyne to "study". Papyrus replaced sans' eyes with eyes that were "donated" by a human. He refuses to eat human to try and keep up his morals

Undyne - the ruler
The current ruler, she traps monsters to study them and their reactions under their harsher conditions. Her current tech is more advanced thanks to sans' magic eyes powering it

Alphys - the crippled
Crippled by papyrus when he rescued sans from her and undyne, currently having a broken neck causing her to be paralyzed from the neck down

Mettaton (Hapstablook) - the caretaker
After napstaton's ghost disappeared, undyne sought elsewhere for another ghost to inhabit her greatest creation, finding hapstablook fleeing from the ruins, and convincing them to inhabit the body to "keep up the family legacy", stating that napstablook is still owes more to her from the creation of the body. To which hapstablook reluctantly agrees, currently caring for alphys
