The clean render depends on the rendering size (8000 x 6000). Since I realized that I don't render 1000 px wide any more. Thank you!

Thanks! The sharpness has possibly to do with the rendering. I rendered it for the contest in 8000 x 6000 px and then scaled it down in three steps to 1000 x 750. No "steps" in the pic.

That's true! I don't render anymore 1000 px wide, it took about 1 hour, that's not too long.
