(see... told you I was in a bizarre ffvii mood)Yes, I know that sometimes sketches are Never So Clean as they are in this case... I'll talk about digital inking sometime in the near future in another tutorial. But this is for those who sketch cleanly or who go back and clean up their pencil sketch by erasing and redrawing the lines.
Feedback appreciated! (was it clear? more/less detail? What other stuff would you like to see?)

Thankyou. I do historical (16th/17thC) embroidery and a lot of design work based on those designs. Lots of ornate tracing! I've been wanting to know how to 'clean my tracings' in Photoshop. Perfect!

I just have to thank you so much for this; my stuff have improved vastly in less than one week after following this tutorial. i owe it all, especially since its managed to help me figure out how to do this on a program thats not photoshop xD

oooh I see, so this is how some people do there art! Without line art it makes it look as though you colored it urself and then just took a copy onto the web

in the step were you start coloring the face, there is some skin color on the hair, what do i do so when i color my drawing and the skin color get on the hair, the mistakes will not be visible?
