Description Klip the Two-bit!
Klip was such an ugly elf that they chopped off the tips of his ears and exiled him! Now he's a grouch who uses bargain-bin magical items like the "Sword of Warming" that can light fuses and the "Spare Button" that's always there in your pocket.
