Yes, this is Deidara... I have randomly developed an obsession with him. Ironic, because I still strongly dislike his personality. It's kind of like tea, it's usually sweetened, but sometimes leaves a bitter taste in your mouth.LOL
He entered a contest today. All contestants were males and dressed as females, the object was to see who looked the best out of all the participants.
He got 3rd... loosing to Sonic (first place), and Alucard (second place). XD
The main reason he lost was because and a few other judges didn't think he looked good in green. Deidara, of course, begs to differ! So here is Deidara in his pretty green dress, hoping someone out there (other than Tobi!) will think he looks pretty.

Maybe they have something against the color green... I definitely don't!
Though this style of shading isn't my favorite, it looks very good on the dress, it gives it a feeling of velvet. And the snowflake/flower/stars is a very nice touch!
