Another piece where I could have fun with the interior details and interaction with the pony ocs in the room.

very retiree worth their wings needs a retreat from the stuffy Cloudsdale summer sky. For Windy Whistles and Bow Hothoof, a little place on the edge of Neighwhere is the place they call their own.

In charge of running the home in their off-season absences, the pegasus Silver Lightning—a family friend from the very same cloudiminium block that the Rainbow Dash spent her foalhoad—uses his allotments to keep the place bustling and lively—on Windy's orders, of course. While many ponies and visitors come and go—from not-so-far coastal city layabouts looking for a place to crash, to bat ponies in the local Neighwhere night guard hoping to make some friends, and even a hitherto unnamed princess who treats the place as a hidden retreat—the little haven has several semi-permanent residents who keep the place in tip-top shape. For them, it's a home away from home: a place to find comfort while among familiar faces.

It's not in the middle of Neighwhere, just somewhere between. Right where they need to be.
