OMG, I remember this cartoon! It was one of my favorite Kids WB! cartoons on Saturday Morning (along with Animaniacs, Pinky & the Brain, etc.). It was such a great parody of Super Hero toons, and Earthworm Jim (and his sidekick, Peter Puppy) were hilarious. The baddies were great too, my favorite being Psycrow.
I really miss Kids WB, heck I miss Saturday Morning cartoons in general. Sigh.
