It can be downloaded from [url="www.cityofheroes.com"]the main site[/url] for free! Even has a F2P option now to check it out (though I suggest getting a subcription or going up the F2P tiers to experience it a little better)! Staff Fighting isn't out yet, but it will be soon and a reroll is in BrandX's future. ^_^

Those would be vines. Zach Kern is a Plant/Thorns Dominator who has a plant-like symbiote that allows him to create them from himself.

Great drawing and really great characters! Why is the guy on the right holding two ropes? Is it a new powerset or a version of staff?
