It's a term used to refer to the new trend of websites based on user-generated content. DA is actually part of Web 2.0.
These site usually use some hypothetic reward (fame, low pay per view...) to drag in users and make the company go round, but since mosts users don't produce quality content, lots of these sites end up being made mostly of fail.
Hence : the hypothetic reward (cookie) makes the stupid users (weak tards) move the company and website (failwagon) forward!
