i'm so sorry, but I don't know what you're trying to ask lol (maybe i'm just dense)
I drew the sketch on one layer and made another and paint bucket'd the layer blue, and put it underneath the sketch layer. Then I added more layers for the hiragana, my signature, etc etc.
