I lived in this building until 1978.
It won the "Valmor Prize" of arquithecture in 1921.
Originally there was a big and beautiful statue of an angel that weigh more than 2 Tons. It was placed in front of the circle at the top. It was removed around 1976 due to risc of collapse.

I loved the black and white photo, is "dramatic."
Vignetting too, because it makes you focus on building.
