twas the season with Crash (laughs), sorry I toke long on this, yeah it is crash bandicoot riding on his sleigh, with his "Crash-Deers" he rides the night away giving gifts to those who have been good for the year, I know I could have used the boars from "road to nowhere" as reindeers since they walk on air sometimes as a joke, but I did not think of it at the time, maybe next year, anyway have good christmas everyone!
