I was just doodling in my sketchbook and thought I'd like to do a piece with two people sitting and looking away from each other.
Originally the background was going to be something along the lines of their auras mixing but then I decided to get freaky with it.
Seriously, never have i ever invested so much energy and neck pain into a BACKGROUND! I'm pleased with it.
It is sort of inspired by the florals in rococo furniture but since I just watch "The Secret of Kells" I wanted to add some celtic knots (with much help from google images).
The colors sort of remind me of India.
Anyway. I'm pleased with it.
