Only the east end of the depot floods.Β The rule for running through water is that it can't be more then 2 inches over the rail head.Β Β Water looks deeper there because of the lighting conditions when I took photo. Β

I'm starting to notice the platform height as well. It looks like a low-level platform so it makes more sense that a diesel could run through water at that height instead.
