Do you ever find that you have to paint (or draw... but painting's WAY more fun) to the right tune? For an old-looking picture, I HAVE to listen to old music. I also really like French music to paint, too. There's this weird guy named Devendra Banhart that makes my creative juices flow (he's dating Natalie Portman now, too, I believe!) for free-style stuff.

Music is important. . . But I also like listening to audiobooks while I draw. Although, it's always better if the book fits the painting as well

I've been thinking of listening to audiobooks as well!! But the only way I could really do it is if I got it on my MP3 and I dont have the space for that, really... I usually paint at night or so and I'm so close to my family in the house.
In other news-- it looks as if this picture is gaining so much popularity! (Didnt realize that we were conversing on my picture, ha ha! Oh well!) I think maybe 8 or 9 faves since I put it up! Yay! <3! You going to change it to your ID? What your parents say?

I haven't shown them that picture yet (ARGH! they haven't been around), and I think for now I will keep the picture with the uber dress as my ID. After all, this is your art, I can't put it on my page!!! I faved it though

It can be your model work!! Just give me credit, and it's totally fine!! You could at least put it up on your myspace and facebook! But if you really want, I'll put up a couple of the face shots on myspace somewhat soon. I really got to work on my SSE and get a lot done because I'll have to start character work and memorizing lines for the movie soon.

We just need to come over sometime so I can burn the files to CD! I feel all weird downloading them from the internet. I can just stop by your house sometime, it doesn't take long to get the files.
