Not bad! I don't really see anything wrong here. Composition works, model's pose isn't uninteresting or anything... I especially like the muted, somewhat dark colours, it fits.
It's also awesome seeing your girlfriend's hair is the same colour as the leaves on the tree.

Mistakes? I like her facial expression a lot, its unassuming and strong. The contrast between her hair color and the moss and her clothing is orgasmic. The blurred ledge is good.
