Mili-za Galo was a female Lonagh-Whanian, who served as an Commander in the Confederacy of Independent Systems and one of it's factions, The Renov Militarist Movement's.

Mili-za Galo grew up in Vlaskev, one of major Renov colonies and Naval Base of its main fleet's. At the age of 18, looking for excitement in her life, she joined the local military academy. So she ordered the use of torpedoes that would self-destruct if they came close to the bridge. After that, she could fire new torpedoes and raise her shields. At first it seemed that it would happen. Skywaker's ship was coming towards her with torpedoes behind. But unexpectedly, he made a sharp turn and guided the torpedoes straight towards the Iron Baroness' thrusters. After hitting the thrusters and engine, the ship lost power, making Skywalker to fire his own torpedoes at the bridge. Mili-za was impressed by the act, and accepted her fate when the torpedoes hit. In 19 BBY, during the Outer Rim Sieges, she commanded the space battle against Sywalker's fleet in Klono V, while Kenobi lead his forces along side Renov Loyalist in ground. Mili-za's Fleet was already in trouble with the Republic fleet and could not provide air support. So in the end, she had no choice but ordered Yokai to gather his forces and retreat to the ships, so that they could retreat to the Renov Prime.

However, the reorganization of the forces brought problems when the entire Separatist Droid Army was ordered to shut down and the War ended. As a result, Supreme Chancellor Sheev Palpatine declared himself the Galactic Emperor of the galaxy, transformed the Republic into the First Galactic Empire. Despite the censorship, news of Rolzac's death and the surrender of the Militarists reached the locals, and when the Empire sent troops, most of planet's Renov soldiers refused to fight. Mili-za, who ignored the fire order, was able to keep most of his droid troops, continued to fight. Loyalist representatives tried to get him to lay down his weapon, but Mili-za refused. Eventually, Mili-za decided to withdraw from the planet and join one of the Separatist holdouts to continue the fight. She evacuated her fort and made away with her armored train to the last held spaceport where they could board their ships and leave. In addition to the battle droids, the train included mercenaries from the Silver Skull Division , the rest of the 71st Marine Brigade -Rolzac's own elite squad, and some of still loyal Militarist fighters. They also transporting a couple of wagonloads of treasure that the Separatists had looted from the system, in order to finance their fight. However, the armored train's journey was cut short when an armored train of the Empire's 8th Nexu Division cut off their path and blockaded the Separatist train.

Mili-za's troops fought bravely, but there was no resistance from them. The cannon fire that hit her command carriage temporarily knocked her unconscious, when she regained consciousness she found himself the only one alive. While peeking out, she spotted Colonel Roy Melarko, a Loyalist leader who had been part of the delegation that had offered her the chance to surrender and was now making sure the looted treasure was returned to his people. Mili-za held him at gunpoint, but Melarko tried to get her to put down her weapon. Soon, Major Laika, Melarko's trusted officer who saw that he was in danger, shot her. When Mili-za fell in the snow project, she asked Melarko for a last cigarette as she died.
