61st Sentinel Battalion, also known better as Hound Battalion, was a Army unit of the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Separatist Alliance.
The unit was subordinate to the Republic's Internal Security office and performed security tasks. It also acts as auxiliary forces of Agent Timothy Suokas' counterintelligence unit if necessary. The name Hound comes from the Venator-class star destroyer Hound, that serves as the battalion's headquarters
